All guests must register and sign a Park waiver. Campers are responsible for their guests the entire time they are in the Park.
A maximum of four (4) persons can occupy a site. Additional Fees to be collected for additional persons.
No outside additions to campers. This includes any decks, porches or patios. Canopy tents/umbrellas are allowed but must be taken down on a daily basis after use. Clothes lines are prohibited.
Vehicles are not allowed to Park on the street right-of-way. No vehicles may be repaired on a site. No oil changing. Washing of vehicles is prohibited. The campground speed limit is ten 10 mph. ATV’s, dirt bikes and go carts are not allowed to be driven on any campground or adjoining properties. No Parking on grass. Park in designated area “only”.
Quiet time shall be from 10:00pm to 6:00 am. No nuisance, noxious or offensive behavior is allowed. Radios/TV’s and other electronic equipment volume must be at a reasonable level not to disturb neighbors.
There shall be no vendor activity conducted on any site. RV sites cannot be sublet.
Dogs must be accompanied and leashed when outdoors. Aggressive or barking dogs will not be tolerated. All animal waste must be cleaned up in plastic bags and deposited in the dumpster. Animals are not allowed in the bathhouse or Laundry. Dog houses are prohibited.
Sewer connections must be made using a secure, leak proof adapter. Garbage must be deposited in the dumpsters. Household trash in dumpsters only. No construction scraps, wood, electrical scraps. No trash cans are allowed at your campsite. See management for proper disposal.
Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel service. We have the right to refuse service based on the condition of the Rig.
Generators are prohibited.
NOTHING!!!!! will be built on the campsite. All unauthorized structures will be removed without notice.
All water hoses must have heat tape during the winter to keep them from freezing.
Swimming or wading pools are prohibited.
If you have an emergency while in the Park, call 911 and give your site number.
If you have any after-hours utility problems, call campground management. DO NOT WORK on it yourself.
No display of alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages must be in a cup when outside. No fireworks, firearms, BB guns, sling shots or other weapons may be displayed in the Park.
Any damage incurred to any campground facilities will be charged to the responsible camper’s credit card.

There are dumpsters at the rear of the Camp Administration building. Guests may bring their trash directly to the dumpsters. OR for full trash service, Monday-Wednesday, leave your trash at the front of your site and camp management will collect it between 9am-11am for a Fee of $5.00 per week. This service shall be paid for at the time of check-in.
